My husband and I decided to travel to Malacca to visit the workshop there and were delighted by what we saw. We went home and decided to purchase a few things that were standard – but also decided to have some custom furniture built to our specifications. We returned to Malacca and ordered our furniture. We have since received the standard items, end table and buffet, which were absolutely beautiful. We also had some existing dining chairs refinished and re-covered for our dining set, and the result was amazing – since they were able to match the old chairs to the buffet. When we left the Middle East I had to sell some of my furniture, one piece was a beautiful hall tree stand with a cross at the top.
